Welcome to ExecMind Shift. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, execmindshift.site, and our related services, including executive mindset shift training programs, digital courses, and physical materials. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a program, purchasing a digital course, or ordering a product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

ExecMind Shift offers:

• Customized executive mindset shift training sessions, delivered in person or virtually.
• Digital information courses, downloadable workbooks, and resources.
• Branded physical materials and merchandise.

3. Purchases and Fees

All offerings require payment of the applicable fee before access or delivery. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment details. Prices are subject to change but will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Executive Mindset Shift Services

You may request to reschedule a live session without penalty if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Requests received less than 48 hours prior are considered forfeited. Cancellations for one-on-one intensive retreats are non-refundable due to personalized time allocation and resource commitments.

4.2 Digital Information Products

For digital course purchases, you may request a refund within seven days of the date of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded. Refund requests beyond this period or after 20% access are not eligible.

4.3 Physical Goods

To ship a physical item for a refund, you must notify us within 15 days of receipt and send the item back in its original condition. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once we inspect and confirm the item's condition, we will process a refund within fourteen days. A restocking fee of 10% may apply to cover processing and handling.

4.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 30 days of approval confirmation. If you have any questions about a refund, please reach out promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, and logos provided by ExecMind Shift are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ExecMind Shift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
